Very much interested to explore & decipher the magical codes those are hidden in Molecular Biology 🧬. Explaining biology in a simple way is a thing that I love most. Always believed in translational research & commercialization of research idea is my future goal 🏭. Beside research I do food, music, gym & love to spend time with my family & friends. Trained myself to become a bioinformatician to fulfil my interests towards understanding complexity in biological systems and deciphering hidden codes. I am doing Bioinformatics since 2009 and till date have fourteen international peer reviewed publications including one book chapter. I have keen interest in protein-protein and protein-small molecule interactions. Visualizing biological sequences in form of small units (as ex. motifs) is a kind of hobby for me. Recently with the advancement of next-generation sequencing techniques, data repositories and software; I become attracted towards big genomics data analysis. In addition, Doing research on anti-pathogenic strategies is another domain of my interest and I published papers. In past, I also spent my time in teaching Bioinformatics to undergrad and postgrad students. I have experience in working with more than five research groups and several other groups in collaborative projects. I always believed in translational research. Commercialization of research idea is the thing I want to achieve in my future career.
